Inside Out Health Club is a gym and wellness hub based on the Gold Coast. Easy to access and centrally located in Parkwood, we have members from all over the Gold Coast that love our friendly and supportive environment.

The Inside Out Health Club facility is now complete with a fresh-look functional training area, reputable Personal Trainers and Coaches to suit your individual needs plus a comprehensive weights & cardio area. Our new Group Training schedule has been designed to cater to all fitness levels and goals and will see you forming new friendships with like-minded people. If you prefer a different kind of pace, be sure to experience our brand new Hot Yoga & Pilates studio with the most amazing teachers who will guide you through flows leaving you feeling on top of the world. Inside Out Health Club Recovery hub complete with an Infrared Sauna and Ice Baths will ensure you recover quicker from your sessions than ever before!
