I have been involved in sports and the health and fitness industry from the young age of 5, starting off playing AFL football. I then went on to be a national gymnast and state cricketer before following my passion to become a personal trainer. I have been a trainer for 5 years now, and in that time worked in a number of different gyms and PT studios including opening my own business at 20 years old.
My passion for fitness is like no other, it’s something that I live for day by day and I’m constantly trying to get everybody involved. Sport and fitness not only makes you look and feel better but it also has a great social aspect. Not to mention it adds years onto those wonderful lives each and every one of you have.
I am a big believer in everything happens for a reason. Life is always going to throw obstacles and challenges at you day by day but it’s how you respond to those difficulties that is the main challenge. If you set your mind to the task at hand and give it everything you have within, you will be able to overcome those negatives and push forward in life. I take this approach with everything involved in the fitness industry. If you set a plan, focus and give it your 100% best effort you will achieve any goal you set yourself.
