Built on proven protocols to increase your strength over 12 weeks. IMPACT Strength focuses on increasing your strength in your 3 main lifts, Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press through form first and then progression. Accessory exercises complete your workout to give your body every opportunity to make your IMPACT.
IMPACT Burn
Fire up your energy systems with IMPACT Burn sessions. Think EMOM's (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAP's (As Many Reps As Possible), Circuits & more! These sessions are conditioning at it's finest and enable you to still build lean muscle, lose body fat and get fit quick.
IMPACT Bootcamp
Not to be missed - a place where anything goes but guaranteed to impact your fitness, endurance and stamina.
