Relax and experience an all-new journey

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a fluid class focussed on the relationship between the breath and movement. This is a creative practice that will look and feel different every time and with every teacher.

Yin

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Wildfire Express

Our Wildfire express is based on the original 26 + 2 hot yoga practice. This is a strengthening class with a focus firmly on structure, alignment and balance.

VinYin

VinYin is a combination class beginning first with a fluid vinyasa class focussed on the relationship between the breath and movement and followed by juicy long hold yin postures.

Pilates

Wildfires’ Pilates class incorporates slow and focused movements that require core stability, strength, and flexibility. Attention is drawn to muscle control, posture, and breathing as our students are taken through concentrated, low impact movements to build mind-body connection and improve muscle activation and awareness.

Power Pilates

A fast-paced, total body workout, that mixes regular mat pilates with short bursts of cardio and the use of resistance equipment including light weights, bands, sliders and pilates balls. This class focuses on isolated movements targeting specific muscle groups to build control, core strength, balance, and muscular endurance.

Yoga + Weights

A combination class where yoga meets pilates. A unique fusion of flexibility, strength and mindfulness – this dynamic workout combines traditional yoga poses with weighted exercises to create a well-rounded fitness experience. The core of the class involves flowing yoga with the incorporation of light weights and utilisation of body weight exercises to build strength and control, Suitable for all abilities with modifications offered throughout class

Yoga for Strength

This vinyasa-based class combines traditional yoga postures with targeted strength-building techniques. Expect to work on core stability, balance, and muscle tone through a series of challenging poses and holds. Each session is designed to leave you feeling energized and invigorated.
