Relax and experience an all-new journey


Vinyasa is a fluid class focussed on the relationship between the breath and movement. This is a creative practice that will look and feel different every time and with every teacher.


Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Hot Barre

Hot Barre is a movement based class derived from Ballet incorporating the ballet barre to focus specifically on the core, glutes and thighs.

Wildfire Express

Our Wildfire express is based on the original 26 + 2 hot yoga practice. This is a strengthening class with a focus firmly on structure, alignment and balance.


VinYin is a combination class beginning first with a fluid vinyasa class focussed on the relationship between the breath and movement and followed by juicy long hold yin postures.


Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Hatha Yoga

Moving at a slower pace than our Vinyasa classes, these sessions are suitable for all abilities and offer our students the opportunity to take time to focus on breath, balance and flexibility.

Featuring familiar poses, delivered through simple sequences, each posture within our Hatha classes is held intentionally longer to allow you to breathe and form a deeper connection with your practice.
