What can I win?
- $1,000 each (2 x overall winners)
- A 3-month membership (2 x runners up)

How will the winners be selected?
Not easily. But we will use the following metrics to determine those who have exceeded expectations and smashed their goals:
- Transformation Metrics: Body fat percentage change, lean muscle mass change, visceral fat points change, Inbody fitness score, transformation photos.
- Performance Metrics: Fitness test improvement.
- Attendance Requirement: Must attend Inside Out Health Club a minimum of three times per week to be eligible for prizes.
- Non-Performance Based Metrics: Dedication & commitment to the challenge, embracing change, and openness to challenge oneself.
